PROCESS

The Rumicall calving sensor monitors your cow during the final stages of pregnancy. It alerts you only when your intervention is needed, saving you time and effort while reducting the risk of complications during calving.

  • HOW DOES IT WORK

Easy installation

Attach the sensor to your cow's tail two or three days before the due date. The device will monitor the animal's vital signs, allowing you to focus on other tasks.

Contraction detection

The sensor tracks uterine contractions in real-time and uses this information to accurately predict when calving will begin.

Pulse monitoring

A secondary sensor measures the animal's pulse to cross-check activity. An accelerated heart rate is one of the most important variables to anticipate the onset of calving. Additionally, this sensor helps distinguish between involuntary tail movements and actual contractions.

Continuous connection

The device connects to the network and sends data to your phone, allowing you to monitor your cow’s status from anywhere, at any time.

Instant notifications

You’ll receive alerts only when your attention is needed, ensuring you stay informed at all times. You can choose how you want to receive notifications.
